Application Process

Step 1

There are two ways to apply for English Taught MBBS (Clinical Medicine) program

• Online application
• Apply via Email. ( if you are not familiar with the Online process or facing any difficulty)

Online Application

Online Application has two Steps

Click on the upper left corner of page APPLY NOW and fill out the online application upon successful submission of the form you will get your application ID note it down and send the following documents via email at Chinastudyofficial@163.com

1. Scan Copy of Passport
2. Scan Copy of High School Certificate / Grade 12 / Secondary School Certificate/ A, O Level Certificate
3. One Passport Size Picture with White/blue or red background

Apply Via Email

The student has to send us the following documents for the Admission Application:

Completely Filled Application Form ( Download)

Scan copy of High School Certificate/ Grade 12 /Secondary School Certificate/WAEC/ A,O Level Certificate

Scan Copy of Valid International Passport (with Min. 1 Year Validity)

One recent Passport size picture with white Background

Student can submit the above mentioned documents via email to us. Email: chinastudyofficial@163.com

Step 2

After the Submission of documents, a student will get the status of his/her application within 1-3 working days, if the application is accepted student will be provided with the conditional Admission Letter & application fee invoice & will be advised to pay off the application fee within the time period specified in the invoice to confirm his/her Admission.

The application fee Covers the following charges

• Admission & JW202 Fee: 150 USD
• DHL Courier: 50 USD

Upon Verification of the Application & Deposit fee, we will proceed with the JW202 form from MOE China,

To Apply for JW202 applicant need to provide the color scan of the following documents

1. Passport ( All pages)
2. Highest Educational Certificate & transcript
3. Work Experience letter ( if applicant worked after graduation)
4. Physical examination form
5. Non-Criminal Certificate
6. Sponsor ID or Passport
7. Financial sponsor Letter
8. Bank statement of the sponsor
9. 2 Inch Electronic Photo ( preferred with white background)
10. China visa and Chinese university study letter ( If applicant studied in china before)
11. Reward Certificate or Language Certificate ( If any )
12. A Self Introduction video
13. Affidavit

Note: ALL DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SCANNED IN COLOR WITH ATLEAST 600dpi

We will send you Admission Package (JW202 /Visa along with Admission Letter) via DHL at your specific address in your country. (Issuing of JW202 takes Min.4-6 Weeks)

Step 3

After receiving JW202 You will go to China Embassy to apply X-Visa with the following original documents.

1. JW202 /Visa Form ( Original and Photocopy)
2. Admission letter ( Original and Photo-Copy)
3. All Educational Documents
4. Original Passport
5. Completely filled out Visa application form ( Download)
6. Health Check-up Certificate /Physical Examination Form (Download)
7. No Criminal Certificate / Police Character Certificate (required for some countries only)
8. 8 Passport Size Photographs

Step 4

The student has to book an air ticket and have to send the flight details to our admission office
We will receive students from Taiyuan Airport in China.

Duration And Intake

Duration of MBBS Course is 6 years including 1-year compulsory internship. There is 1 session each year i.e September Session. which consist of 3 intakes. 1. Sep/Oct Intake 2.Dec/Jan Intake 3. March/April ( of the following year) Students can join any intake but registration will be from September and students will have to pay the full year fee upon arrival at the university

Note:

Our Admission Office will assist students throughout the process from admission to getting visas. which makes it easy for students to secure their visas from the embassy & successful arrival at University.
